Vascular Screening
Mobile clinics that travel across Oklahoma to perform onsite screenings and risk assessments. We conduct onsite vascular health screenings at various healthcare facilities, community centers, and partner clinics. Screenings include patient questionnaires and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) measurements to assess circulation issues and identify patients at risk for PAD and other vascular diseases.
Patient & Community Education
Our team offers guidance on lifestyle modifications, early intervention strategies, and the importance of seeking medical care. Including Workshops, webinars, and materials targeting both healthcare providers and the general public.
Care Navigation
We collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers to connect at-risk patients with appropriate follow-up care. We facilitate referrals and transportation to vascular specialists and interventional radiologists to ensure timely medical intervention.
Community Outreach
We Partner with Hospitals, medical organizations to offer specialized training in vascular care and limb preservation techniques, Advocate for policies and funding to reduce disparities in limb preservation care and support underserved communities., Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to improve access to vascular treatment, rehabilitation, and prosthetic resources.
